We take our responsibility to our customers, clients and the impact of our activities on our neighbours and the environment seriously. Every year we produce an Environmental and Social Report that outlines key areas and issues for our company; this report covers our market place, our workplace, the environment and community and helps us to monitor our progress in all these areas.

Delivering high levels of customer satisfaction. Ensuring ease of use of our facilities and payment systems for our customers. On-going development of a range of payment channels to offer real choice and use of new technologies.
Clients
Agreeing contracts that represent true value for both our clients and customers ensuring that cost and service delivery are appropriately balanced; effective implementation and use of Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) & Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)
Workplace
Maintain and continue to develop our quality processes, training programmes and customer service initiatives
Environment
Continue to reduce the Environmental Impact of our activities with energy saving technologies and initiatives
